BLOCK POLICY:
The company will have an open lock SUBJECT TO SPACE AVAILABILITY AND ROOM TYPE
AVAILABILITY which will be will respect until FEBRUARY 24, 2025 so that reservations
can be made, at the rates mentioned above. After from this date, the rates agreed
in this contract letter will NOT be valid and any reservation requested out of time,
will be subject to the best available Public rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Room cancellation policies will be informed to participants at the time of making
their reservation and will apply accordingly. according to the reservation center
policy.
