Rates SUBJECT TO SPACE AVAILABILITY AND ROOM TYPE AVAILABILITY which will be respected
until FEBRUARY 24, 2025. After this date, the rates agreed in this contract letter
will NOT be valid and any reservation requested out of time will be subject to the best
available Public rate
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Room cancellation policies will be informed to participants at the time of making
their reservation and will apply according to the reservation center policy.
