Cancellations or changes can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
A "no-show" will be penalized by charging one night's stay for one or more rooms if you do not check in on the arrival date specified in your reservation.
The hotel will charge one night's stay plus taxes (this does not apply to cancellations made within the specified timeframe) for any room not occupied on the arrival date.
No-shows will be held until 1:00 PM the following day.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 1:00 PM.
